Does anyone know of fitters who do woodfibre in East Anglia? I know someone in Ely who wants it done but is struggling to find anyone local with a clue about woodfibre.
I suppose a related question would be: if he finds an EWI fitter with polystyrene/PUR/rockwool system experience - where would be a good place for them to go to get up to speed on doing woodfibre too?
Thanks
Hi Wookey
We don't know of anyone in that area but a good place to look is the AECB members page - https://aecb.net/directory-members/ Many of those who are members are very familiar with wood fibre insulation. Once you have found a contractor who is prepared to use wood fibre insulation, please feel free to send them towards our online training resource Fibres, at https://www.woodfibreinsulation.co.uk This should give them the main bulk of what they need to use the materials but we also have specific guides on our resources section here - https://www.backtoearth.co.uk/resources/
Hope that helps.
