Wood fibre wall insulation meeting Limecrete floor

I'm renovating an 18th Century Listed building and using breathable materials wherever possible.

Planning on a limecrete floor with rigid wood fibre panels on the walls finished with lime plaster. The limecrete will have a 25mm cork perimeter and be topped with Limestone flags.

Can I butt the wood fibre boards directly against the limestone flags at the bottom or will this create thermal bridging?

Could you also advise on an appropriate adhesive for the wood fibre boards on to plain brick with no coating.
