Returns Policy

How To Return An Item:-

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Send your returned item to: Back to Earth (SW) Ltd Returns, Unit 1, Dunsmore Farm, Silverton, Devon. EX5 4DU. We can also arrange collection for which a fee applies.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions:-

Items such as plasters, renders and tinted renders can not be returned. Part packs/boxes are also non-returnable.

Restocking Fee:-

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original carriage fee that you paid on the order.


If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different one and pay any difference in cost. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay return and re-delivery carriage fees.

Damaged Goods:-

We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives with you in the same condition as it was when we dispatched it. However it is crucial that you thoroughly check your order once it has been delivered and before you sign for it (including taking items out of their boxes to make sure everything is as it should be).

It is vital that goods are not signed for as ‘in good condition’ if they are not. Any damages or missing items should be noted on the delivery note and we should be contacted immediately so as we can get replacement goods out to you. If your order is signed for as being satisfactory then we cannot accept responsibility for any damages or missing items.

If your product is found to be faulty then please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
