Our suggested specification – NatureWall Internal Wall Insulation:-
- Existing brick wall, stripped of plaster (the overall thermal performance is similar for solid stone walls)
- 5-10mm Baumit Viton Fein clay plaster levelling coat
- 60mm UdiTHERM NF T&G wood fibre board
- Ampatex Variano or Ampatex LDA membranes, depending on which we’ve suggested is best
- 63mm batten, fully filled with SteicoFlex flexible wood fibre insulation
- 12mm plasterboard
- Interior
