- Loft void – well ventilated
- 22mm chipboard floor boards
- 50mm battens, fixed down to new joists below
- 100mm NaturHeld Wood fibre insulation boards
- 100mm joists, laid perpendicular to existing ceiling joists, fully filled with SteicoFlex flexible wood fibre insulation
- Existing 125mm joists, fully filled with SteicoFlex flexible wood fibre insulation
- Ampatex Sinco vapour control and airtightness membrane, taped with Ampacoll INT airtightness tape.
- 25mm counter-battens (if plasterboard is not already installed)
- Plasterboard
- Interior
