Our suggested specification, based on floors with a P/A ratio of 1.0:-
- Interior
- Floor finish
- 22mm floor boards
- Ampatex Sinco or Ampatex Solero vapour control membranes, taped with Ampacoll INT airtightness tape.
- 125mm timber floor joists at 400mm centres, with 80mm SteicoFlex flexible wood fibre insulation
- Ampatop Aero breathable membrane, draped between floor joists, bonded to sides of joists
- Well ventilated underfloor void (Solum)
